There’s plenty to look forward to in the second season of the live-action ONE PIECE, which just shared a new trailer during ONE PIECE DAY ’25. The followup is officially subtitled Into the Grand Line, and we get a quick taste of some of the continuing adventures faithfully adapting Eiichiro Oda’s epic storyline in the preview.

That’s not all, though. The video also confirms that season 3 is in the works! Check out the new trailer below.

The second season premieres sometime in 2026.

Matt Owens continues to be a writer, executive producer, and co-showrunner for the show. For the second season, Joe Tracz is taking on those roles alongside Owens.

VIZ Media publishes the original ONE PIECE manga and gave this description for the first volume:

ONE PIECE Plot

As a child, Monkey D. Luffy was inspired to become a pirate by listening to the tales of the buccaneer “Red-Haired” Shanks. But his life changed when Luffy accidentally ate the Gum-Gum Devil Fruit and gained the power to stretch like rubber…at the cost of never being able to swim again! Years later, still vowing to become the king of the pirates, Luffy sets out on his adventure…one guy alone in a rowboat, in search of the legendary “One Piece,” said to be the greatest treasure in the world…
