Live-Action My Broken Mariko Film Previewed in New Teaser
The live-action film adaptation of Waka Hirako’s My Broken Mariko manga is on the way to screens in Japan this fall, with Yuki Tanada directing based off a script by Tanada and Kosuke Mukai. Mei Nagano stars as protagonist Shiino, and you can see the latest preview in the teaser trailer and poster visuals below.

Shiino is an ill-tempered office assistant, but when her friend Mariko dies unexpectedly, she becomes determined to get to the bottom of this mystery. Portraying the soulful connection between girls, this is a striking story of sisterhood and romance.
