After lighting the charts on fire with her previous Demon Slayer themes, LiSA is back for more with the opening theme song for the TV anime version of the Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Mugen Train Arc. “Akeboshi” is one of two songs featured on her double A-side 20th single—along with “Shirogane,” which is the anime’s ending theme song—and the artist just released the full music video for the OP theme.
The song was released digitally in Japan on October 18, and has been on top of Oricon’s digital single charts ever since. The single will be released in Japan on November 17, and the music video for “Akeboshi” has LiSA once again collaborating with director Masakazu Fukatsu, who helmed the videos for her 17th single, “Homura” (the Mugen Train movie theme song), and her fourth digital single, “Yuke” (the Sword Art Online Progressive: Aria of a Starless Night theme).
