Godzilla CG Trilogy Wraps Up on Netflix January 9If you’ve been wondering when you’d be able to experience the conclusion of the Godzilla CG film trilogy, well, wonder no longer.

Godzilla: The Planet Eater is set to hit Netflix January 9, a few months after its premiere in Japan this November.

Like the previous two films, Planet of the Monsters and City on the Edge of Battle, the film was co-directed by Kobun Shizuno and Hiroyuki Seshita at Polygon Pictures.

Here’s how the ‘flix describes The Planet Eater:

20,000 years into the future, the Earth is ruled by Godzilla. Pitted against him are the straggling remnants of the human race. The final chapter, Godzilla: The Planet Eater, finds the Mechagodzilla city, the peak of scientific evolution and mankind’s best hope, burned to cinders. Godzilla Earth reigns supreme but he has one more challenge: the winged creature, KING GHIDORAH.
