With Earwig and the Witch set to debut on Japanese TV later this month and an English version to hit North American theaters next year, a dub cast has been announced by GKIDS.
The lead Earwig will be played by Taylor Paige Henderson. Kacey Musgraves plays Earwig’s mother and she’ll additionally be singing the theme song “Don’t Disturb Me” in English.
Moving on, Pandora Colin plays Matron, Alex Cartañá plays Assistant Matron, J.B. Blanc plays Mr. Jenkins, Logan Hannan plays Custard, Summer Jenkins plays Phyllis, Vivienne Rutherford plays Sally, Tom Bromhead plays Cook, Eva Kaminsky plays Assistant Cook, Vanessa Marshall plays Bella Yaga, Richard E. Grant plays The Mandrake, and Dan Stevens plays Thomas.
The movie, which is directed by Goro Miyazaki, is Studio Ghibli’s first computer animated feature.
