Back in December, the first CG-animated film was revealed for the Crayon Shin-chan series, based on the manga by Yoshito Usui. Now we finally have our first full look at the production with the debut trailer for Shin Jigen! Crayon Shin-chan The Movie Chonoryoku Dai Kessen: Tobetobe Temakizushi (New Dimension! Crayon Shin-chan the Movie Super-Powered Climactic Battle: Soaring Hand-Rolled Sushi).

Guest cast members revealed include Tori Matsuzaka as Mitsuru Hiriya, Mogura Suzuki (of Kuki Kaidan) as Professor Ikebukuro, Katamari Mizukawa (Kuki Kaidan) as Nusuttoradamus II and Akari Kito as Negiko Shintani.
The Crayon Shin-chan manga first launched back in 1990 and ran in its original form until author Yoshito Usui passed away in 2009. Members of the author’s team launched New Crayon Shin-chan in 2010 and it’s still ongoing. The TV anime has been running since 1992 and currently has over 1000 episodes.
