One of the most anticipated anime of the Fall 2020 season is here, with the debut of the long-awaited Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon? III. Based on the light novels written by Fujino Omori and illustrated by Suzuhito Yasuda, the Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon? anime first hit screens back in 2015. Set in the city of Orario, the story follows adventurer Bell Cranel, who explores the local underground labyrinth Dungeon as—in the beginning, at least—the sole member of the goddess Hestia’s Familia.
In season three, Bell doesn’t think twice before helping when he encounters a frightened little girl in the dungeon. This simple act of kindness has consequences, however, and not everyone can accept how eerily human this monster girl appears to be.
