Those keeping an eye on or attending Anime NYC this weekend will want to pay special attention to what anime studio BONES is up to. Avex Pictures teased the fact that BONES president and producer Masahiko Minami will be on hand at the company’s ANYC panel this year to reveal a new anime project.

We’ll have to wait until the panel goes down on November 17 at 6:00pm Eastern Time to find out what it’s all about.

Other projects that will be featured at the panel are Avex Pictures and Tatsunoko Productions’ pole-dancing anime Pole Princess!! and the new short anime film from Naoko Yamada, Garden of Remembrance. Anime NYC will also be host to a performance and autograph sessions by voice actress idol unit iRis.

BONES is the studio behind a bunch of anime, including the ongoing adaptation of Kohei Horikoshi’s My Hero Academia.

The 2023 installment of Anime NYC will be held  at the Javits Center in New York City from November 17-19.
