With the second season of the Blue Orchestra anime set to return this fall, it’s about time for the source material to follow suit. Right on cue, Makoto Akui is getting ready to bring the series back from hiatus after 16 months, with the next chapter to launch via Shogakukan’s Manga ONE service on February 25.
Previously, the last published chapter was the 75th, which made its debut back in October 2023.
The manga, known in Japan as Ao no Orchestra, started up back in 2017. Akui is also known for the manga adaptation of the anime film Anthem of the Heart.
