One of Disney+’s big hat-tosses into the world of simulcasting anime is Black Rock Shooter DAWN FALL, which has been trickling out previews in the form of character-focused visuals. Following Black Rock Shooter (Empress) in October and Dead Master in November, a third arrived this week to focus on Strength.
While voice cast members have yet to be confirmed for any of these roles, Kana Hanazawa previously voiced Black Rock Shooter in the 2012 TV anime alongside Miyuki Sawashiro as Dead Master and Kana Asumi as Strength. We’ll have to see how the cast shakes out for the new series, but for now you can enjoy another cool visual below.
Tensho (Kini-ro Mosaic, Grisaia) is directing the Black Rock Shooter DAWN FALL anime, with Makoto Fukami (PSYCHO-PASS) on series composition at anime production houses Bibury Animation Studios and Bibury Animation CG. The series is currently set to stream exclusively on Disney+ in spring 2022.
