Last month saw the reveal of a new Black Rock Shooter anime project, and now we have more details to go on. Titled Black Rock Shooter DAWN FALL, the latest TV anime in the series created by illustrator huke is due out in spring 2022, which means by the time it debuts it will have officially been 10 years since the previous anime hit the airwaves.
Tensho—who previously worked on the Kini-ro Mosaic and Grisaia series—is on board as director alongside series composition and screenplay writer Makoto Fukami (PSYCHO-PASS). Animation production is being handled by Bibury Animation Studios and Bibury Animation CG.
