Banished from the Heroes’ Party is an upcoming anime based on the light novel series by Zappon and Yasumo, also known in Japan as Shin no Nakama janai to Yusha no Party o Oidasareta node, Henkyo de Slow Life Suru Koto ni Shimashitai. The series premieres in Japan this October, and two more voice actors have officially joined the cast.
The latest cast members include Ken Uo (Gerard Bogard in Isekai Cheat Magician) as Newman, a doctor at a clinic in Zoltan; and Yoji Ueda (Hugh Cunningham in No Guns Life) as Stormthunder, a half-orc in charge of a Zoltan-based furniture shop.
Previously, the Banished from the Heroes’ Party saw its planned July premiere pushed back to October due to “various circumstances.” Makoto Hoshino is directing the adaptation, based on scripts by Megumi Shimizu, at anime production houses Studio Flad and Wolfsbane.
