Black Clover Manga Taps One Piece, Naruto, Bleach Creators for 10th Anniversary Art

Black Clover

Yuki Tabata’s Black Clover manga kicked off in the pages of Weekly Shonen Jump back in February 2015, which means it’s celebrating its 10th anniversary this year! To help ring in the occasion, a handful of Jump’s most famed creators joined in on the fun with their own illustrations based on the series.

Contributing artists include the likes of One Piece’s Eiichiro Oda, Naruto’s Masashi Kishimoto and Bleach’s Tite Kubo. That’s not all, though. Jump fans will be able to check out Black Clover art from JUJUTSU KAISEN’s Gege Akutami, Witch Watch’s Kenta Shinohara, Demon Slayer’s Koyoharu Gotouge and One-Punch Man’s Yusuke Murata, among others, when this season’s Shonen Jump GIGA 2025 Summer drops on August 12.

For now, three samples have been shared:

Eiichiro Oda (One Piece)

Masashi Kishimoto (Naruto)

Tite Kubo (Bleach)

You can also see more of that anniversary art from the top of the article in the anniversary video below.

Black Clover has been collected in 36 volumes so far, and the adaptation from anime studio Pierrot aired from October 2017 to March 2021. There was also the anime movie, Black Clover: Sword of the Wizard King, in March 2023, and a new anime is on the way at some point.

Here’s how Crunchyroll describes the overall series:

In a world where magic is everything, Asta and Yuno are both found abandoned at a church on the same day. While Yuno is gifted with exceptional magical powers, Asta is the only one in this world without any. At the age of fifteen, both receive grimoires, magic books that amplify their holder’s magic. Asta’s is a rare Grimoire of Anti-Magic that negates and repels his opponent’s spells. Being opposite but good rivals, Yuno and Asta are ready for the hardest of challenges to achieve their common dream: to be the Wizard King. Giving up is never an option!
