It’s been over six months since we got any information on Shumatsu Train Doko e Iku?, the upcoming original TV anime from director Tsutomu Mizushima, who is known for SHIROBAKO, The Lost Village, GIRLS und PANZER and more. Now we finally have another piece of info with the announcement of the lead character’s voice actor.
According to the official accounts, Chika Anzai (Reina Kousaka in Sound! Euphonium, Chisato Nishikigi in Lycoris Recoil) will voice protagonist Shizuru Chikura, who you can see in the character visual below.
We should learn more about the series on July 30 at 4:00pm Japan Time, which is when Chika Anzai will participate in a special YouTube program to provide more info on the Shumatsu Train Doko e Iku? anime.
