If you’re fired up for the upcoming TV anime adaptation of KONOSUBA: An Explosion on This Wonderful World!—a KONOSUBA spinoff novel series written by Natsume Akatsuki and illustrated by Kurone Mishima—our first look at the project has officially arrived. Following up on a teaser trailer in July, the first full promotional movie is here to light the fuse for the project and get everyone ready for 2023 premiere plans.
Takaomi Kanasaki, who previously helmed the KONOSUBA anime, is on board as chief director, with Yujiro Abe (Kaguya-sama: Love is War episode director) directing the project. Makoto Uezu returns on series composition along with other familiar staff, including Koichi Kikuta as character designer and Masato Koda as composer.
