According to the 26th volume of Takaya Kagami, Yamato Yamamoto, and Daisuke Furuya’s Seraph of the End: Vampire Reign manga, the series is approaching its climax. While no specific timeline was provided, Kagami mentioned as much in the author comments included with the volume.
The trio launched the manga in the pages of Jump SQ. magazine back in 2012, and VIZ Media most recently published volume 23 on February 1, with new chapters available digitally along with the Japanese debuts through VIZ and Manga Plus. In Japan, volume 27 is scheduled to ship this June.
Two seasons of TV anime based on the series were produced in April and October 2015, respectively.
Synopsis:
Yuichiro’s dream is near-impossible, given that vampires are seven times stronger than humans, and the only way to kill them is by mastering Cursed Gear, advanced demon-possessed weaponry. Not to mention that humanity’s most elite Vampire Extermination Unit, the Moon Demon Company, wants nothing to do with Yuichiro unless he can prove he’s willing to work in a team—which is the last thing he wants!
