Kyoto Animation has been through a lot in the last couple of years, especially during the process of rebuilding after the tragic arson attack on Studio 1. Things are looking up lately, though, and the folks at the studio want to thank fans for their continued support with their first ever official music festival.
With the theme of “inspiration for the future,” the Kyoto Animation music festival will feature musical guests performing songs from various KyoAni anime. This will mark the first event in four years and the fifth “Thanks Event” for fans overall for Kyoto Animation. Information on tickets, guests, and more will be revealed at a later date, and KyoAni fans can look for the festival to take place at the ROHM Theatre in Tokyo from November 20-21.
