The seventh volume of Spy X Family will be released in Japan on June 4, and that date will also mark a major achievement for it and its Shonen Jump+ service. Publisher Shueisha said that come June 4, the series will have more than 10 million copies in circulation.
This includes both physical and digital copies. No other original series from Shonen Jump+ has reached these numbers.
Spy X Family debuted in 2019. This summer is also seeing the release of a novel in the franchise, called SPY×FAMILY: Kazoku no Shōzō (translated as A Portrait of a Family). While original creator Tatsuya Endo will supply illustrations for the novel, the writing will be done by Aya Yajima.
