The Japan Science Fiction Convention has released its Seiun Award nominations, with the winners set to be revealed in August. There are different categories for nominations: Media, Comic, Art, Japanese Novel, Japanese Short Story, Translated Novel, Translated Short Story, Nonfiction, and Free.
The nominees for the Media category are the anime Deca-Dence, the live-action Kishibe Rohan wa Ugokanai, the live-action movie Keep Your Hands Off Eizouken!, the live-action Ultraman Z, the anime ID: INVADED, the anime BNA: Brand New Animal, the anime movie Demon Slayer – Kimetsu no Yaiba – The Movie: Mugen Train, the anime movie Eiga Precure Miracle Leap: Minna to Fushigi na 1-nichi, the anime Drifting Dragons, and the live-action Maeda Kensetsu Fantasy Eigyōbu.
This will be the 52nd Seiun Awards.
