Following up on an earlier reveal in Weekly Shonen Jump, the news is officially out about the Chainsaw Man anime. The eternally busy MAPPA—which is currently working on JUJUTSU KAISEN and Attack on Titan Final Season, among many other recent projects—is handling animation production for the adaptation of Tatsuki Fujimoto’s hit Jump manga.

It was also announced that the section of Chainsaw Man that just concluded in Jump is just the first part, and the second part will be published in Shonen Jump+ at some point in the future.
