Okay, Summer Wars fans: this is news that’s going to make you want to hop on a plane to Tokyo.
The hit Mamoru Hosoda film, which turned 10 last year, will to cap off its 10th-anniversary celebrations with an orchestral concert featuring its score.
The event will also include a screening of the film.
The whole thing will take place at Bunkamura Orchard Hall in Shibuya, Tokyo. The songs from the film will be performed by the Tokyo Philharmonic Orchestra, with digital instruments adding accompaniment.
Akihiko Matsumoto, who wrote the film’s score, will also be joining in. Concertgoers will receive a special Summer Wars tote bag.
Tickets are on sale now, and the event takes place June 6.
