If the first trailer for the Detective Pikachu movie—starring, as we must always mention, Ryan Reynolds as the voice of Pikachu—is still bounding around in your head, you’re going to want to see the merchandise that’s on the way. The Pokémon Company International unveiled the new line, which includes everything from your standard action figures to clothes, trading cards, and more.
First up is a line of Mega Construx, which launches on March 25. Here’s how Pikachu and Mr. Mime look:
Then there’s Wicked Cool Toys’ figure line in April, including a pack featuring Pikachu and Bulbasaur, as well as a 10-inch talking plushie.
Detective Pikachu-themed booster packs are coming to the Pokémon Trading Card Game, complete with special edition boxes and a Collector Chest with bonus goodies. The line of 26 cards hits shelves on April 5.
Finally, for those who want to wear their love of Detective Pikachu on their sleeve (and head), Hi-Hat Café items are coming to the Pokémon Center website. Starting on April 2, you’ll be able to purchase hats, mugs, a neon sign, hoodies, and more. Here’s a peek at the items.
Before launch, all the Detective Pikachu merch you could ever hope for will be on display at the American International Toy Fair, which runs in NYC from February 16 to 19. As for the movie, it opens on May 10.
