Hunter x Hunter Manga to Return from Long Hiatus

At this point it may be hard to believe, but Yoshihiro Togashi’s Hunter x Hunter manga is finally set to resume! The series’ most recent hiatus has been in place since August 2014, but the Shonen Jump+ website announced plans for the manga to return.

When Hunter x Hunter is back in action, the series will continue the Dark Continent arc. In the meantime this year’s 16th issue of Weekly Shonen Jump will have more info.

The latest break started out as a two-week hiatus for lower back pain and extended from there.
