If you were hoping David Production’s anime adaptation of Hirohiko Araki’s long-running JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure manga wouldn’t stop at Part III: Stardust Crusaders, some good news arrived this weekend. After a bunch of teasing, production of Part IV: Diamond is Unbreakable has officially been confirmed.
Part IV of JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure originally ran in Weekly Shonen Jump from 1992 to 1995, taking up volumes 29-46 of the collected editions. This time the Stand action stays relegated to Japan, with the mysteries and adventures set in S-City, M-Prefecture.
More info is coming in Ultra Jump and the official website on November 19. In the meantime, enjoy a quick tease below, followed by the Twitter announcement.
