May 6, 2015 The finale of MAPPA’s Rage of Bahamut: Genesis anime hinted at it, but now we officially have confirmation that the series is coming back for a second season. The announcement was made at a concert featuring Yoshihiro Ike’s music from the Rage of Bahamut anime, with vocals by voice actress/end theme performer Risa Shimizu.

Based on the Rage of Bahamut card-battling mobile game, the first season of Genesis ran from October through December of last year, and was directed by Keiichi Sato (Karas, Tiger & Bunny).
