Yen Press announced a slew of licenses yesterday, including the acquisition of the original Durarara!! light novels, written by Ryohgo Narita and illustrated by Suzuhito Yasuda. In addition to the physical releases, the Durarara!! light novels will be available digitally, and the first is set for July.
Other licenses include the debut manga work from Black Butler creator Yana Toboso, Rust Blaster; and Madoka Magica spin-offs Puella Magi Homura Tamura, Homura’s Revenge, and a 3-in-1 hardcover collection of the Rebellion movie adaptation (due in June).
There’s also the light novel and manga adaptations of both Shiden Kanzaki and Saki Ukai’s Black Bullet, and Gakuto Mikumo and Manyako’s Strike the Blood. The light novels will be available digitally in North America and the UK along with the Durarara!! novels.
