New People has a couple of special screenings in store for those in the San Diego area during this year’s Comic-Con. They’ll be holding multiple screenings of both Gantz films—based on Hiroya Oku’s manga of the same name—at the Pacific Gaslamp 15 Theatres.
Gantz and Gantz II: Perfect Answer will be screened in the original Japanese with English subtitles. Gantz is set to play on Friday, July 22 at 6:00pm and 9:00pm, with Gantz II: Perfect Answer following on Saturday, July 23 at 6:00pm and 9:00pm.
Due to extremely limited seating, New People is recommending advanced ticket purchase, available online now through Fandango. Tickets are $15 a pop.
In addition to these theatrical showings, New People Entertainment will also be releasing Gantz on Blu-ray and DVD on August 30. A date for Perfect Answer has yet to be announced.
