Namori’s slice-of-life comedy manga Yuruyuri is getting ready to celebrate its 10th anniversary in style with the appropriately titled Yuruyuri, (ten) OVA currently in the works. The anime adaptation’s official website shared more info on the project, including the main staff, a teaser visual, and plans to seek crowdfunding.
The crowdfunding campaign will run from December 25, 2018 to February 18, 2019, but the OVA will be produced regardless. Some of the rewards for crowdfunding include a special CD, limited edition Blu-ray, tickets for a limited event, a special booklet, and more. The goal will be revealed at a later date.
Among the talent involved are director Daigo Yamagishi—who makes his directorial debut after acting as assistant director on Shinkalion—writer Takahiro (Release the Spyce), and character designer and chief animation director Kazutoshi Inoue (sub character designer on Release the Spyce).
