The Yu-Gi-Oh! card game is celebrating its 25th anniversary in outstanding fashion with an anime short, and Konami established a brand new studio to make it happen. That studio is KONAMI animation, and in addition to the Yu-Gi-Oh! CARD GAME THE CHRONICLES short, the new studio aims to produce work based on its own properties and others outside of Konami.
You can check out the short—which made its debut at the Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters: The Legend of Duelist Quarter Century event that was held at the Tokyo Dome this weekend—below.

While this is specifically for the card game, the anniversary is yet another great way to honor the life of late Yu-Gi-Oh! creator Kazuki Takahashi.
