When will Ayumu make his move? We’ll have to wait until the premiere of the When Will Ayumu Make His Move? anime to find out, and thankfully it’s not far off! The official website for the adaptation of Teasing Master Takagi-san author Soichiro Yamamoto’s manga of the same name revealed plans to kick the series’ broadcast off on TBS in Japan on July 7, followed by BS-TBS on July 9.
A new trailer debuted alongside the announcement, sampling the “Kakehiki wa Poker Face” opening theme song by Kana Hanazawa. Check both it and a new visual out below.
When Will Ayumu Make His Move? has director Mirai Minato (BOFURI) at the helm, with Deko Akao (Noragami) on scripts and Kazuya Hirata handling character designs for the SILVER LINK production.
Yamamoto’s manga has been running in the pages of Weekly Shonen Magazine since March 2019, and Kodansha USA publishes the series in English. Here’s how they describe it:
