“Visit” the Ghibli Museum with This Museum Papercraft Kit

COVID has kept many people from traveling, including tourists going to museums. But if you can’t go to the Studio Ghibli museum right now, there is a way to bring the museum to you. Kind of. In miniature format.

The papercraft Ghibli Museum Original Miniature Kit spans a total of 10.6 by 7.5 inches, and you can put the museum together yourself. It even has Totoro at the ticket booth and real sand and model trees you can use to make it as realistic as possible.

As SoraNews24 pointed out, the museum kit actually isn’t new, but it’s recently begun to be purchasable online. In the past, you had to visit the museum gift shop itself to buy the kit.

It might not be the same thing as going to the real museum, but it would make a pretty decoration that also gives you some artistic and constructive time putting it together.
