Two limited-time Jujutsu Kaisen attractions are coming to Universal Studios Japan this September.
“Jujutsu Kaisen the Real 4-D” is a 4D cinema experience with an original anime special that lasts about twenty minutes. This is the description for the story in it:
“A new branch of the Jujutsu High School is opening in Osaka, Japan.
As prospective students for this new school, you are invited to the groundbreaking ceremony for the school building.
According to Kuroishi, the man claiming to be the principal of the Osaka branch, this new school will be established to train jujutsu sorcerers in order to save people from the ever-increasing number of curses that have been inflicted upon them in recent years.
There is something fishy going on here…
Yuji, Megumi, and Nobara have secretly infiltrated the ceremony…
But just as the ceremony begins with great pomp and circumstance, a terrible plot is revealed…!”
Then the roller coaster “Hollywood Dream – The Ride” is being turned into “Jujutsu Kaisen X Hollywood Dream – The Ride ~Kaikai Kitan~.” And each person on the roller coaster is able to choose what music they want to listen to on the ride. There will be a variety of songs to choose from (the offer is not unlimited), including Eve’s “Kaikai Kitan.”
“Jujutsu Kaisen the Real 4-D” starts September 16, 2022 and will be around until July 2, 2023. “Jujutsu Kaisen X Hollywood Dream – The Ride ~Kaikai Kitan~” also starts on 16, 2022, but will be around for a shorter time, until January 18, 2023.
VIZ Media publishes the Jujutsu Kaisen manga in English, and gave this description of the first volume:
Although Yuji Itadori looks like your average teenager, his immense physical strength is something to behold! Every sports club wants him to join, but Itadori would rather hang out with the school outcasts in the Occult Research Club. One day, the club manages to get their hands on a sealed cursed object. Little do they know the terror they’ll unleash when they break the seal…
