A new arc is on the way for the Umamusume: Cinderella Gray anime, which will enter the Chuo Hennyu-hen storyline starting with episode 7 on May 18. With the new arc comes new cast members, and they’re in the spotlight in a new trailer and visual.
First up, the trailer:
New cast members, pictured from left to right below, include:
- Ayumi Hinohara as Yaeno Muteki
- Ruriko Noguchi as Sakura Chiyono O
- Saya Aizawa as Mejiro Ardan
- Kana Yuki as Super Creek (reprised from the previous Umamusume anime)
- Yumiri Hanamori as Dicta Striker

Cinderella Gray is co-directed by Takehiro Miura and Yuki Ito. Miura has previously worked as an animation director on properties like Fate/Apocrypha and Pokémon the Movie: The Power of Us. Ito is also known as an animation director from shows like Backflip!! and The Elusive Samurai.
Cinderella Gray, which is being animated at Cygames, is the latest Uma Musume series, and is based on the story of the real-life race horse Oguri Cap.
