Top 10 Isekai Anime According to Japanese Fans

When it comes to isekai anime—literally “another world” stories in which a main character or group of characters end up transported into an alternate world of some type—there’s no shortage of series and films to choose from. With no signs of slowing down, Japanese website Goo Ranking decided to run a poll to learn which isekai anime its users enjoy the most.

The results came through with 2,225 votes and an interesting mix of old and new titles. From Gundam creator Yoshiyuki Tomino’s classic Aura Battler Dunbine to one of the most acclaimed Hayao Miyazaki movies of all time, let’s see how it all shook out.
