It’s been a wild ride full of equal parts laughs, action, and education, but the time has officially come for Akane Shimizu’s Cells at Work! manga to end. We recently posted about the final chapter coming in the next issue of Kodansha’s Monthly Shonen Sirius, and that time has arrived. As promised, the closing chapter of Shimizu’s manga concludes a two-part tale centered on COVID-19.
The sixth and final collected volume of the manga launches on February 6. Here’s Monthly Shonen Sirius celebrating the arrival of the issue that contains the final chapter.
