Banished Court Magician

A new cast member has been appointed to The Banished Court Magician Aims to Become the Strongest, which is on the way to adapt the novels written by Alto and illustrated by Yuunagi this October. Krasia is also the subject of a new visual:

Here’s a closer look at the above designs:

Ken Takahashi (Ragna Crimson) directs the anime, with Masamune Hirata as assistant director, Kazuyuki Fudeyasu as series composition writer and Yoko Sato as character designer for the studio GEKKOU production.

K Manga publishes Yuki Moji’s manga adaptation in English and sums up the story:

“I don’t need a worthless mage who can only use support magic. You’re fired.”

Alec, a court magician who supported the crown prince from behind the scenes, suddenly finds himself exiled from the royal court. Now jobless, he pays the magic academy a visit and runs into Yorha, one of his party members from his school days. Their renowned party once set a record in the royal dungeon—and now it’s time to reunite and start a whole new legend!
