Sentai Filmworks followed up its recent announcements with a couple fresh additions today. The latest anime to join the fall 2015 lineup are Haikyu!! Season 2 and The Perfect Insider.
Both series will be on select streaming outlets starting in October, with home video releases to follow.
Sentai’s description of Haikyu!! Season 2:
Based on the manga sensation by Haruichi Furudate, the new series picks up the drama, both on and off the volleyball court, as the relationship/rivalry between teammates Shoyo Hinata and Tobio Kageyama heats up. Throwing even more gasoline on the fire is the introduction of a new female character, Hitoka Yachi, who joins Kiyoko Shimizu as a manager for the Karasuno High volleyball club.
As for The Perfect Insider—AKA Subete ga F ni Naru: The Perfect Insider—the series is based on the 1996 novel by Mori Hiroshi. Mamoru Kanbe (Elfen Lied, You and Me.) directs, with Toshiya Ono (Gatchaman Crowds, tsuritama) on series composition and Inio Asano (Solanin) on character designs for the A-1 Pictures (Sword Art Online) production.
Sentai’s synopsis:
The story revolves around SAIKAWA Sohei, a member of the SAIKAWA Research Lab, as he and a mysterious young woman named NISHINOSONO Moe end up working together to solve strange incidents surrounding a serial murder case.
