The latest update for the Sarazanmai TV anime is here via the official website. The new project from director Kunihiko Ikuhara (Revolutionary Girl Utena, Mawaru Penguindrum, Yurikuma Arashi) is set to premiere on Fuji TV’s noitaminA block this April, and KANA-BOON is lined up to perform the “Massara” opening theme song.

Ikuhara is overseeing Sarazanmai‘s scripts along with Teruko Utsumi, with Nobuyuki Takeuchi (Fireworks) on board as chief director at anime studios MAPPA and Lapin Track.
