Ron Kamonohashi: Deranged Detective Announces More Cast

The newly launched anime Ron Kamonohashi: Deranged Detective (known as Kamonohashi Ron no Kindan Suiri in Japanese) is now streaming on Crunchyroll, and Kadokawa has shared more info on the cast.

Here are the just-announced actors and actresses: Kikuko Inoue plays Aimee Emmerich, Kazuhiro Yamaji plays John Grizzly, Hiroki Tōchi plays Vice Principal, Kenjiro Tsuda plays Dr. Hilsh, Ryusei Nakao plays Disguise Instructor, Megumi Han plays Fin Fennec, Kenji Nomura plays Schedule Instructor, Ai Kakuma plays Older Sister, and Manaka Iwami plays Younger Sister.

These are the cast members who were previously announced: Yōhei Azakami plays Ron Kamonohashi, Junya Enoki plays Totomaru “Toto” Ishiki, Yōko Hikasa plays Amamiya, Taku Yashiro plays Spitz Feier, Jun Fukuyama plays Omito Kawasemi, and Nao Tōyama plays Mofu Uzaki.

The anime is being made at diomedéa, with Shōta Ihata of The Saint’s Magic Power is Omnipotent helming the project as director. The music is composed by Yo Tsuji, who is known for working on Miss Hokusai. The person in charge of overseeing series scripts is Wataru Watari. The opening theme song is titled “Ikenai fool logic” and performed by Unison Square Garden, while the ending theme song is named “Lipsync” and performed by hockrockb.

The original manga by Akira Amano is being published in English digitally by MANGA Plus, which gave this description for it:

The manga debuted in 2020 on Shonen Jump+. SHUEISHA is also publishing the series in print, and it most recently released the twelfth volume earlier this week.
