It’s officially the end for the Reign of the Seven Spellblades manga, which has Sakae Esuno adapting the original light novel series by Bokuto Uno and Ruria Miyuki. The final chapter was published in the January 2024 issue of Kadokawa’s Monthly Shonen Ace magazine.
The first collected volume of the light novel series initially shipped in Japan back in September 2018, and the manga adaptation began the following year. Reign of the Seven Spellblades previously inspired a TV anime adaptation that kicked off in July of this year.
Yen Press publishes the manga in English and describes it like so:
It’s springtime at Kimberly Magic Academy, and that means the arrival of a fresh crop of first-year students. Whether it’s the quiet and studious Oliver Horn or Nanao Hibiya, a samurai girl from a distant land, they come with wands and swords at their waists, ready to take their first steps on the road to magical mastery. However, beneath its brilliant facade of cherry blossoms, the academy hides countless dangers and dark secrets, ready to take the lives of the unprepared…!
