a few moments of cheers

Original anime film A Few Moments of Cheers is set to open in Japan on June 14, and ahead of that we have a nice little preview clip. Check out the three-minute look at Kanata Asaya—voiced by Demon Slayer‘s Tanjiro VA, Natsuki Hanae—and his music video creating hobby in the video below.

A Few Moments of Cheers has Popurika (Shikimori’s Not Just a Cutie ending movie) directing and Jukki Hanada writing, with Ohajiki serving as assistant director at anime production houses Hurray! and 100studio. Magotsuki is on art direction and VIVI is handling song compositions.

The story of A Few Moments of Cheers follows a high school boy named Kanata Asaya who watches a street performance by Yu Orie, who is a teacher that had thrown away dreams of a career in music. This inspires Kanata to make a music video.
