The only thing better than a smooth ride on the Tokyo Monorail is one complete with a full-on Pokémon takeover. Both Tokyo Monorail and Pokémon are currently celebrating—the former recently marked its 55th anniversary while the latter has Pokémon Sword and Shield on the horizon—so they teamed up for decorated themed cars and some appropriate guest appearances.
Yep, you know Pikachu had to be there for the occasion.
Commuters will be able to enjoy the designs from now through the summer of 2020. Check out some samples below.
