Featuring an original story rooted in the canon of the series, the One Piece Odyssey game made its way to PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and PC on January 13, and now it’s about to be adapted into another format. According to this year’s 15th issue of Weekly Shonen Jump magazine, A novel adaptation recently kicked off in the pages of the One Piece Magazine mook in the 16th issue, which hit stands in Japan at the start of March.
The serialized novel is being written by Jun Esaka (Naruto: Sasuke’s Story – The Uchiha and the Heavenly Stardust), with illustrations by Nakamura.

A broken Thousand Sunny… Scattered crew members… Luffy’s missing straw hat…
During their voyage, the Straw Hats, led by Monkey D. Luffy are swallowed by a huge storm at sea. They end up on a mysterious island full of nature amidst the storm and become separated from each other. The crew sets out on a new adventurous journey filled with wonders of a raging nature, powerful enemies, and strange encounters with island locals. Work together with Luffy and his crew to set sail once again!
