Following four recap episodes that kick off in April, My Hero Academia Season 7 will start in earnest on May 4, 2024. We’ve seen some visuals in recent months that highlight the characters of the anime, and the official accounts are back with another. This time, the focus is on the characters who have been deemed successors to the One For All Quirk prior to Deku.
You can see the new visual above.
Based on the hit Shonen Jump manga by Kohei Horikoshi, My Hero Academia Season 7 has Kenji Nagasaki as chief director, with Naomi Nakayama directing, Yusuke Kuroda on series composition, Yoshihiko Umakoshi and Hitomi Odashima on character designs and Yuki Hayashi on music for the BONES production.
Here’s how Crunchyroll describes the series:
Izuku has dreamt of being a hero all his life—a lofty goal for anyone, but especially challenging for a kid with no superpowers. That’s right, in a world where eighty percent of the population has some kind of super-powered “quirk,” Izuku was unlucky enough to be born completely normal. But that’s not enough to stop him from enrolling in one of the world’s most prestigious hero academies.
