final attack on titan manga

The Olympic Games Tokyo 2020 Official Programme book just came out in Japan, and English speakers will be able to read a translated version on July 21. The book goes into detail on the thirty-three featured sports in the Olympics, and several contributors would catch the attention of otaku.

Starting off, multiple mangaka drew artwork for different sports. Mobile Suit Gundam manga author Yoshikazu Yasuhiko drew surfing artwork, Sailor Moon creator Naoko Takeuchi drew skateboarding artwork, One Piece creator Eiichiro Oda drew karate artwork, and Attack on Titan creator Hajime Isayama drew sport climbing artwork.

Turning to the anime world, director Mamoru Hosoda wrote an article that’s in the book.

Outside of the otaku realm, the book contains contributions from astronauts Soichi Noguchi and Akihiko Hoshide, 2019 Nobel Prize in Chemistry winner Akira Yoshino, and movie director Naomi Kawase.
