It may not be the fourth proper entry in 5pb.’s science adventure series, but Chiyomaru Shikura’s Occultic;Nine light novel series is barreling forward with an anime adaptation. More details surfaced on the official website, which posted the first promo along with information on the premiere date, staff, themes, and more.
Occultic;Nine is currently lined up for an October debut, with Kyōhei Ishiguro (Lance N’ Masques) directing the A-1 Pictures production. To-Jumpei Morita (episodes of Nobunaga Concerto) and MAGES are handling script supervision, with Tomoaki Takase in charge of adapting pako’s original character designs. The opening theme, “Seisū 3 no Nijō,” is being performed by Kanaka Itō, while Asaka handles the ending theme, “Open your eyes.”
