Naruto ‘Next Generation’ Countdown Begins

Something big is presumably brewing in the world of Masashi Kishimoto’s concluded-but-far-from-dead Naruto. The official Weekly Shonen Jump website kicked off a teaser site that includes a “countdown to the next generation” along with silhouettes of Naruto characters.

Whether it’s more of Naruto, Boruto, or something else entirely, we’ll know more when the countdown ends at 3:30pm on December 19. The end of the countdown will coincide with the first day of the Jump Festa convention, where a Naruto stage event will take place from 3:00-3:30pm.
