The fifth season of My Hero Academia premieres in Japan on March 27, and the franchise is ready to celebrate this milestone.
Fans are being teased that a bunch of new merchandise is expected along with some sort of artwork from character designer Hitomi Odashima, and livestream events people can watch. A new poster has also been released, and the characters are purposefully drawn with five fingers out to symbolize five years.

There’s also going to be a poll for “TV anime best bout,” which should, as Funimation puts it, “finally settle what the series’ best pull-no-punches battle is!” The announcement did not specify how to take part in the poll or if it’s for Japanese fans only. It sounds as if the announced winner will come by April, though. If you were going to vote in this poll, what would you pick?
