My Hero Academia Manga Takes Week Off Due to Author’s Health
It’s time for a very short break for the My Hero Academia manga. The official Shonen Jump Twitter account announced that the series will be taking a week off due to the health of author Kohei Horikoshi. The series is off in the issue that hits stands in Japan on April 5, but it’ll be right back in the pages of Jump in the following issue that streets on April 12.

We wish Horikoshi a speedy recovery! This is a big year for My Hero Academia, and the manga currently has 50 million copies in circulation. The author certainly deserves a break.
