The updated worldwide numbers are in for Kohei Horikoshi’s My Hero Academia manga, and they are (all) mighty impressive. According to Shueisha’s latest announcement, the manga currently has 65 million copies in circulation around the world, including copies in print and those sold digitally.

In Japan alone, the series has 45 million copies in circulation. While these numbers don’t indicate copies of volumes sold, they do cover all of those that have been printed and shipped.

Next up for the series is volume 33, which ships in Japan on February 4. Shueisha shared a trailer for the volume, which will come with three special images drawn by author Kohei Horikoshi in select stores.

The My Hero Academia manga first launched in the pages of Weekly Shonen Jump magazine back in July 2014. VIZ Media publishes the series in English and describes it:

Middle school student Izuku Midoriya wants to be a hero more than anything, but he hasn’t got an ounce of power in him. With no chance of ever getting into the prestigious U.A. High School for budding heroes, his life is looking more and more like a dead end. Then an encounter with All Might, the greatest hero of them all, gives him a chance to change his destiny…
